Architecture of Thought

THE WORK OF DANIEL FOURNIER
Mindfulness. Personality. Intentional living.
Bring psychology, philosophy, and deliberate practice to the moments that matter—in your work, your relationships, and the way you lead yourself.
KNOWING IS THE BEGINNING
You can recognize a pattern and still repeat it under pressure. Mindful Minds brings attention to that gap: what you notice, what you assume, and what you practice next.
Daniel Fournier’s body of work connects mindfulness, personality psychology, and philosophy with the practical responsibilities of being a leader, partner, parent, and person. The aim is to make your next response more deliberate.
The developing three-volume series provides the foundation. Proposed coaching experiences give that work a place in real conversations, decisions, and daily habits.
Notice habits of attention and interpretation. Explore how your mindset shifts under friction through the Mindset Pendulum.
Explore the Big Five and their ten aspects: your tendencies, strengths, blind spots, and the differences you bring to relationships.
Turn insight into repeated action through A.I.R.I., reflection, and a developing 365-day practice journey.
A.I.R.I. IN AN ORDINARY MOMENT
A colleague challenges your idea. You feel yourself preparing a defense. What happens next is a place to practice.
What happened? What did you feel? What response were you about to give?
Separate what was said from what you assumed it meant. What else could be true?
Ask one clarifying question before defending your position. Practice curiosity under pressure.
What did you do differently? What happened? Decide what you will repeat or adjust.
An illustrative practice—not a promise of a particular outcome.

The six-month framework pairs insight with practice in the situations you actually face. Every element below is proposed and subject to final agreement.
A pre-work questionnaire and Big Five assessment inform a 90-minute opening conversation. Select two or three observable goals and agree on what progress would look like.
Twelve 60-minute sessions across six months support personalized A.I.R.I. experiments. Bring real decisions, difficult conversations, and evidence of follow-through. Review progress at the midpoint and adjust the plan.
A 90-minute closing review brings together what changed, what remains difficult, and a 90-day continuation plan. Leave with a personal practice playbook you can use independently.
Examples to choose together: completing a weekly planning practice, asking a clarifying question before making an assumption, or following through on a difficult conversation. The goals and evidence belong to your situation.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Not yet. This is a preview of proposed Mindful Minds experiences. The names, prices, inclusions, scheduling, and terms are being refined. Expressing interest starts a conversation and does not reserve a place or create a payment obligation.
No. Mindful Minds applies to personal growth, relationships, parenting, and leadership. Private Praxis is being shaped especially for people carrying substantial responsibility, but the starting point is your actual challenge and the support that fits it.
The proposed services are educational and developmental coaching. They do not provide diagnosis or mental health treatment. Personality information is a starting point for reflection, not a fixed label or a clinical diagnosis.
The three-volume series is the developing foundation for the work. No book purchase is required to express interest. Included materials and any reading requirements will be confirmed before enrollment opens.
Team workshops and organizational development are a separate direction for discussion. Share the audience, challenge, and desired outcome so scope and pricing can be developed for your organization.

Mindful Minds gathers books, a daily practice app, and a community of seekers around one idea: that a well-tended mind shapes a well-lived life. Walk in at your own pace. Nothing here is in a hurry.
Attention as a discipline. Learning to notice the thought before it becomes the day.
The vessel that carries the work. Rest, breath, and movement as sacred maintenance.
The quiet compass beneath the noise — what you are for, not only what you do.
Right with self, right with others. Inner peace ripples into every relationship.
The long view. Small faithful acts, compounded, become what we leave behind.
Where the pillars meet: a life lived on purpose, at an unhurried pace.
Guides and reflections to read slowly, mark up, and return to.
