About Us

Why SOUL Mission exists

SOUL Mission was created in response to a pattern we saw repeatedly: capable, well-intentioned people feeling fragmented in their own lives. Thought pulled in one direction, the body neglected or exhausted, relationships strained, and a sense of purpose reduced to survival or productivity.

We built SOUL Mission to address that fragmentation directly. Our work is grounded in the belief that a meaningful life is not built through motivation alone, but through alignment—of mind, body, soul, union, and legacy—lived out through daily practice and intentional rhythm.

SOUL Mission operates through a six-domain framework that supports depth without overwhelm. Each domain is given focused attention in rhythm, allowing insight to become practice and practice to become lived experience. This structure helps individuals and families build stability, clarity, and direction over time—without pressure or pretense.

The people behind the mission

Daniel Fournier

co-FOUNDER & Co-president

Daniel Fournier is an industrial–organizational psychologist, U.S. Air Force veteran, and co-founder of SOUL Mission – Society Of Union & Legacy.

After a pivotal moment in 2017, Daniel pursued meaning through neuroscience, growth-oriented psychology, and leadership study, reading more than 50 self-development books in a single year before formally entering the field of psychology. Over the years, he has designed and delivered leadership workshops, mentorship programs, and experiential learning sessions focused on self-awareness, psychological resilience, communication, and purpose-driven leadership, guiding individuals and emerging leaders through structured growth and applied reflection.

He holds a B.S. in Industrial–Organizational Psychology and is completing his M.S. in the discipline, alongside a graduate certificate in Global Management, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation. Daniel is also a certified Master Resilience Trainer through the United States Air Force and an Adult Mental Health First Aid instructor through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. His work draws on purpose-driven leadership principles, resilience science, and personality psychology to help individuals, teams, and families operate with clarity, stability, and intention.

Alongside his partner, Emeryelle Moore, Daniel guides others through six foundational life domains—Mind, Body, Soul, Union, Legacy, and Life—helping people build resilience, alignment, and a legacy that endures.

Emeryelle Moore

co-FOUNDER & Co-president

Emeryelle Moore is a Generational Restoration Coach, community builder, and Co-President of SOUL Mission, Society Of Union & Legacy. She helps individuals, couples, and families live on purpose, strengthen their union, and build legacies that live forward through frameworks designed to restore wholeness, establish family standards, and create generational inheritance.

Her work is rooted in a deep love for generational nourishment, caregiving, building community, and helping people return to what is true, ordered, and life-giving. Emeryelle’s path has been shaped by profound personal restoration, including her own journey from illness into wholeness. That journey did not simply change her life. It clarified her calling. It sharpened her devotion to helping others heal, rebuild, and create homes, relationships, and lives that their children can stand on with strength.

In 2017, Emeryelle experienced a profound healing that changed her life. In 2020, she made a promise that she would share her gifts and wisdom with the world. That promise became a point of no return. It drew her fully into the work of generational restoration, legacy building, and establishing inheritance that reaches far beyond one person’s healing. Through SOUL Mission, she now serves from that promise by guiding people into deeper purpose, stronger union, and a more enduring legacy through the Six Pillars and the restorative frameworks that support them.

Emeryelle’s work is for those who know that healing is not the final destination. The goal is to build something worthy of being passed forward. With a deep drive to serve, she helps people transform restoration into structure, love into standards, and wisdom into a way of life that lives on in the generations to come.
